As a Product Manager, you will serve as the technical expert specializing in TruckWings – the world’s first connected active aerodynamic solution for Class 8 vehicles. Your responsibilities will focus on supporting our Sales and Performance Management teams to engage with fleets interested in enhancing their fuel efficiency and environmental sustainability. You will articulate how TruckWings function and integrate within a prospective customer's operational environment to define the product that best fits their needs. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in conveying customer feedback and enhancement requests to our Product and Engineering teams, ensuring continuous improvement of our offerings.

Key Duties
- Subject Matter Expertise: Become a leading expert on TruckWings, understanding their functionality, installation requirements, and benefits.
- Sales Support: Assist the sales team in complex sale processes by providing business and technical expertise and addressing customer inquiries.
- Customer Evaluation: Evaluate customer equipment for TruckWings applicability, resolve roadblocks, and produce quotes for the Sales team.
- Performance Optimization: Work closely with the Performance Management team to optimize the customer experience with TruckWings from pre-delivery to aftersales.
- Data Analysis: Analyze data to create customized reports demonstrating the potential financial and sustainability benefits of TruckWings for specific fleets.
- Customer Collaboration: Collaborate closely with customers to understand their unique requirements and challenges, tailoring value propositions accordingly.
- Sales Collateral Development: Assist Marketing in the development of sales collateral, presentations, and technical documentation to support sales and performance management efforts.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a technical sales or product management role with the transportation, supply chain, or clean technology industry.
- Proven ability to listen to customer requirements, understand their needs, and effectively respond to objections.
- Experience working as part of a team in complex sales processes, with a track record of success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Background in aerodynamics or transportation is preferred.

Compensation & Benefits
- The full salary range for the position, across all geographies, is $97,000 - $167,000 per year. Starting salary will vary by location, qualifications, and prior experience.
- Targeted annual bonus is based on company performance to objectives during the fiscal plan year which runs from October 1 – September 30.
