GENERAL INFORMATION
Position Title: Vice President (VP) of Corporate Sales
Type: Full-Time Exempt Employee
Place of performance: Pittsburgh, PA or Remote USA
STATEMENT OF DUTIES
Primary Duties:
Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies that align with the company's goals and establish sales targets and quotas for different product lines, regions, and customer segments.
Sales Team Management: Recruit, train, and motivate the sales staff to achieve sales targets, establish and monitor performance metrics for sales team members, and provide coaching and feedback to sales staff to improve their sales techniques.
Sales Performance Analysis and Reporting: Develop and maintain sales performance metrics and dashboards, analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement, prepare regular reports for executive management and other stakeholders

Establish sales targets and quotas for different product lines, regions, and customer segments
Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify new sales opportunities
Create and manage sales budgets, forecasts, and pipelines
Develop and execute marketing campaigns to support sales objectives
Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and customer needs
Sales Team Management
Recruit, train, and motivate sales staff to achieve sales targets
Establish and monitor performance metrics for sales team members
Provide coaching and feedback to sales staff to improve their sales techniques and customer service skills
Create and maintain a positive and collaborative team culture
Assign sales territories and quotas
Conduct performance reviews and manage compensation and benefits for sales staff
Lead and execute training and development of sales staff
Customer Relationship Management
Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and prospects
Monitor customer satisfaction levels and take action to address concerns
Work with other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience
Conduct customer research to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement
Sales Operations and Administration
Oversee the sales process, from lead generation to deal closing
Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
Ensure that sales contracts and agreements are properly executed
Collaborate with other departments, such as finance and legal, to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
Develop and maintain sales reports and dashboards
Manage sales documentation and records, such as sales orders and invoices
Conduct sales data entry and analysis
Sales Performance Analysis and Reporting
Develop and maintain sales performance metrics and dashboards
Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
Prepare regular reports for executive management and other stakeholders
Communicate sales performance to the rest of the organization and recommend actions to improve results
Develop and maintain sales forecasting and pipeline reports
Sales Technology and Tools
Evaluate, Implement and manage sales technology and tools, such as customer relationship management (CRM) software and sales automation tools (Hubspot, Winmo, Linkedin Sales, etc)
Provide training and support to sales staff on the use of sales technology and tools and ensure that sales staff is properly trained to use these tools effectively
Identify and implement enhancements and upgrades to existing sales technology and tools
Work with Tech department to ensure that sales technology and tools are integrated with other systems and applications
Conduct sales data entry and analysis in sales technology and tool
Other duties as assigned.
SUPERVISORY RELATIONSHIP:
The incumbent is directly supervised by the President of the company.
SUPERVISORY CONTROLS:
The incumbent supervises the sales sponsorship team and the partnership services team.
