Responsibilities of the Accounts Receivable Clerk entail:
- Posting payments to customer accounts
- Researching unapplied payments for upcoming purchases or payment errors
- Audit customer accounts for errors weekly or as needed
- Reconciling customer accounts
- Approve credit releases for customers as needed
- Reconcile all invoices billed as cash or through third party vendors as needed
No prior experience is necessary, but other requirements include:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High School diploma or GED required
- Ability to lift, carry and move objects up to 10 pounds
