**Overview:**
We are seeking a Parts Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for agricultural equipment parts and exceptional customer service skills.
**Responsibilities:**
- Manage and fulfill parts orders accurately and efficiently
- Maintain stock levels and conduct inventory management
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting with part inquiries and sales
- Handle cash transactions and process payments
- Collaborate with the service department to ensure timely delivery of parts
- Utilize Excel or similar software for tracking inventory and orders
**Experience:**
- Prior experience in order fulfillment and sales management preferred
- Knowledge of agricultural equipment repair and dealership operations
- Proficiency in inventory management and stock control
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to address inquiries effectively
- Experience in cash handling within a retail setting
- Familiarity with Excel or similar software for tracking parts inventory
