Job Description:
Person must have experience in managing and spearheading multiple Digital Marketing client accounts. Please note, this is not an entry level role. The ideal candidate will have experience in all functions of digital marketing (SEO, SEM, SM) and be an expert in some. Must be able to work with data & tasks that are both specifically quantitative and others qualitative.
Duties include:
- Create, spearhead and maintain marketing strategies and optimization suggestions across all digital marketing channels such as email, social media, content, web sites, digital ads for clients.
- Host “discovery calls” with potential marketing accounts and lead discussions to expose client objectives and hurdles
- Must be able to define/analyze relevant case studies, channel suggestions, competitor insights, prior potential client efforts and other value points
- Enhance Sales Lead conversions
- Must be able to work through strategies for varied client base (company size, budget, client resources, varying objectives, timelines and more)
- Take charge/resourceful leader required.
- Understanding of website development a plus
- Superior knowledge in SEO, Social Media, SEM and other digital marketing channels required.
- Must have strong writing skills for case studies, blogs, and PR and ability to create content for social platforms.
- Ability to research new services as technology and requests change
- Creative thinker with ability to strategize for many accounts
- Contribute to strategies for existing clients
- Oversee, schedule and publish powerful and original organic content across social media, blogs, and web sites.
- Track client budgets and ROI
- Must be a positive and upbeat person and confident speaking with prospective and current clients about our services.
- Knowledge of Salesforce and Hubspot CRM
- Bachelors’ degree and 3+ years of experience as a digital marketing manager.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
