We are searching for a talented, and driven individual to join our Insurance Sales Team in Kaukauna, WI. This person will be responsible for prospecting and selling new accounts, as well as servicing existing clients. Duties and responsibilities
· Generate new clients through cold calls, referrals, networking, and lead generation
opportunities
· Preparing prospect fact gathering and required paperwork
· Review information to ensure that the proper coverage is offered
· Presenting proposals at prospect meetings
· Assist in the submission process
· Retaining renewal clients by maintaining relationships throughout the year
· Provide a positive client experience
Qualifications
· Confident, self-starter who works well independently
· Time management skills
· Positive attitude and willingness to learn
· Problem solving capabilities and attention to detail
· Effective written and verbal communication skills
· Obtain Property & Casualty license within 60 days
· Prior sales experience preferred
· Personal computer and mobile technology skills
