JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a Maintenance tech for 2nd shift (3-11) and 3rd shift (11-7).
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years demonstrated mechanical experience or previous printing experience. Candidate must have a high degree of mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot hydraulic and pneumatic systems, read technical diagrams and operating manuals. The maintenance team is responsible for overall maintenance, troubleshooting, cleaning and repair of facility, grounds, machinery and equipment. Knowledge and understanding of low voltages, single and three phase motors AC/DC (24,120,220,and 480 AC volts. 24,150,180, 330,and up DC volts) and frequency drives. Must know how to use VOM tester/meter.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Diagnose and remedy mechanical trouble to determine repairs, tear down, repair and fabricate as needed
Repairs, installs, adjusts, modifies and services all types of electrical equipment, plant instrumentation and relays; can layout and perform machining operations or replacement parts.
Trouble shoots hydraulic and pneumatic systems, read ladder logic and program PLCs.
Install, maintain, operate a variety of machine tools such as lathes, drills, millers, grinders, etc.
Perform preventive maintenance functions as outlined by equipment manufacturer's manual and/or as dictated by trade standards.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
