Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in a related field, previous parts experience (cataloging, lookup, research), OR a combination of both.
- Product knowledge and mechanical aptitude.
- Experience in service support and/or supply chain.
- Able to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Fluent in industry terminology and the use of Microsoft Office.
Monday - Friday | 7:30 AM - 4 PM | $28 per hour
A Parts Research Analyst job description includes giving part numbers, pricing, and product availability to dealers either verbally or electronically, creating and submitting dealer stock orders, expediting when needed, providing shipping information, maintaining communication about order status, using knowledge of technical publications and other manuals to provide information to dealers and internal stakeholders, navigating the ERP system, fostering a positive working relationship with dealers by providing excellent customer service, collaborating with development engineering groups, desktop publishers, and product suppliers, and assisting in ad hoc projects.
