The Project Coordinator's responsibilities will include working closely with our Project Manager and VP, R&D to perform various coordinating and administrative tasks. To succeed in this role, you should have excellent time management and communication skills, and maintain the ability to be flexible in a rapidly evolving environment, as you will be expected to collaborate with external service providers and internal teams to deliver results on specific timelines. Ultimately, the Project Coordinator’s goal will be to facilitate the effective management of projects according to the company’s standards. The essential tasks of this position are typically guided by the Project Manager, although with all positions at Lumen, as necessary direction and guidance may come from other team members.
