The Basics
Prepares fresh ingredients & vegetables and is responsible for slicing, dicing, chopping and mixing.
You’ll make a variety of bowls and sandwiches using ovens, grills, fryers and a variety of other kitchen equipment.
Ensure proper presentation and garnish set up for all bowls and sandwiches.
Knows and complies consistently with our standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality control and kitchen rules, policies and procedures.
Maintains a clean and sanitary workstation area including tables, shelves, floors, grills, fryers and refrigeration equipment.
Handles, stores and rotates all products properly.
Attends all scheduled shifts in a timely manner and adheres to time and attendance policy.
Managerial Skills
You should place your team and our guests at the core of all the decisions you make.
A keen eye for detail and quality control.
Be an excellent leader who stays calm under pressure.
Have a good understanding of important admin tasks such as labor, inventory, ordering and scheduling.
