Job Overview: We’re hiring an Account Executive for our Commercial Lines department to manage client insurance programs and deliver top-tier risk management solutions. This role involves partnering with our sales team and handling sales opportunities independently.

Responsibilities:
- Client Support: Lead client meetings and manage communications.
- Account Management: Negotiate and sell insurance, manage audits and claims, and draft service plans.
- Insurance Expertise: Maintain relationships with carriers, stay informed on industry trends, and review carrier offerings.
- Leadership: Mentor junior team members and collaborate on renewal strategies.
- Client Strategy: Identify coverage gaps, attend carrier functions, and conduct risk assessments.
