As a Senior Accountant, you will help oversee the financial resources and strategies for the company. Success in this role requires a keen eye to oversee month and year end close as well as annual budgeting, disciplined cash flow management, and an ability to manage relationships with outside partners.

As a Senior Accountant, you will:
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Assist with creating and maintaining financial dashboards to help guide our growth and sustainability.
- Oversee the successful processing of our AR, AP, and Payroll functions.
- Help us build automations into our current accounting and financial processes to gain efficiencies.
- Ensure timely and accurate invoicing, insurance compliance, and banking transactions.

As a Senior Accountant, you will need:
- At least 3 years of experience in financial strategies, cash flow, IT, and HR/Legal Compliance
- Manufacturing experience/industrial background preferred
- 2 years of experience in general ledger accounting: 2 years (Required)
- Financial statement preparation: 2 years (Required)
