HPC has an opening for highly motivated Senior Program Analyst. The successful candidate will provide programmatic support to the FRA, Office of Administration at the FRA HQ located in Washington, DC. The candidate will work onsite and work with, and report directly and responsively, to HPC.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business management/administration or data analytics
- Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated system and business analyst skills and experience, especially organizational programs.
- Minimum of 5 demonstrated years of developing and implementing standard operating procedures.
- Exceptional skills in work flowing processes.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Must be highly organized.
- Ability to plan, organize in a high operations tempo office with multiple tasks and project deadlines.
- Knowledge of GSA standards and processes for asset management including fleet
- Knowledge of the appropriate safeguards to account for assets and deliverables
- Lean Six Sigma and PMP certifications highly desired
- MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVERS LICENSE AND PROOF OF VEHICLE INSURANCE.
- MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A GOVERNMENT LEVEL CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECK.
Schedule: Monday through Friday
Hours: Tentative 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM
Pay: Salary Based $90,000 - 125,000/Yr
Duties: Senior Program Analyst duties shall include:
- Support development and execution of OFAM program management
- Review programmatic processes for efficiency through Lean Six Sigma
- Conduct research, analyzing data, identifying trends, and preparing reports.
- Determine program requirements and provide recommendations.
- Analyze programs, policies, procedures, and systems.
- Coordinate data calls for OFAM programs and provide proposed responses, when appropriate
- Create Standard Operating Procedures/Document processes for OFAM programs.
- Coordinate with the program managers to implement processes.
- Assist with maintaining records to ensure accountability for assets or deliverables to customers.
- Assist with new FRANet format and content as well as OFAM’s web presence.
- Assist with audit preparation/documentation for programs.
- Assist with key programs within OFAM
