Position Overview:
The HR Assistant plays a pivotal role in enhancing the capabilities of the human resources department. Ideal for individuals who are organized, proactive, and adept at working collaboratively, this position thrives in dynamic and fast-paced environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Give support to the HR Manager and HR Coordinator.
- Reviewing Applications: Check resumes and applications to see if candidates meet job requirements.
- Scheduling Interviews: Arrange interview times for candidates and notify everyone involved.
- Keep candidates updated on their application status and answer their questions
- Assisting and participating in the Interviews
- Update databases with candidate information and track their progress
- Assist with general office tasks like filing and scheduling meetings.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills.
- People oriented person
- Bilingual (English and Spanish)
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Effective multitasking and organizational skills, with a focus on detail and accuracy.
- Knowledge of Indeed platform. (preferred)
- High school diploma or GED required; college experience preferred.
- Some experience in an office setting, preferably with a background in HR.
