Kirk Jewelers, family-owned and operated since 1947, is an Authorized Retailer for Rolex, Patek Philippe, Tudor, Roberto Coin, Messika, Pasquale Bruni and more. Kirk Jewelers is located in the beautiful Brickell City Centre.
JOB PURPOSE
The mission is to deliver the customer experience of a locally owned, family-run business for acquiring and servicing timepieces and jewelry - genuine, authorized, knowledgeable, personal and with a passion to make customers happy.
Under direction of the Boutique Director, the Sales Professional is a jewelry and watch authority who is responsible for driving sales through outstanding customer service and client relationships. Aligned with the store and brand messages, the Sales Professional is encouraged to strategically market the store and him/herself through various channels.
_RESPONSIBILITIES
_- Consistently delivers a memorable and unique shopping experiences to all clients
- Establishes genuine relationships with clients and drives repeat business to achieve sales goals
- Maximizes every client interaction through cross-selling.
- Proactively increases new client acquisition by leveraging events, social media, referrals and networking
- Has a strong understanding of current and emerging trends in timepieces and jewelry
- Takes initiative to reach out to clients to follow-up or inform about new merchandise
- Embraces the Kirk Jewelers values and follow store guidelines
- Demonstrates superior interpersonal and communication talent
- Fosters CRM system with up-to-date and detailed client information
_PROFILE
_- College degree preferred
- High-end luxury retail sales, hospitality, jewelry or watch experience.
- Interest in watches / jewelry
- Genuine willingness to work in and promote a team-oriented environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills to ensure clear, effective communication with management and coworkers
- Consistently show a positive attitude and take responsibility for own actions
- Must be results driven and flexible to change
- Willing to work mall hours
- Savvy in MS Office, CRM tools and social media
- Fluent in English and Spanish, written and verbal, Portuguese a plus
- Personable and warm
