ABHS is looking for great CNAs to help us in providing healthcare and services for our community members and clients.
Our CNA job duties include performing vitals and assisting with medication administration, constant monitoring of patients’ health and well-being during the Detox and Treatment process, reporting relevant physical and psychological events to the nursing and counseling staff, and ensuring as comfortable an experience as possible for all Detox and Residential clients.
We currently have swings shifts and graveyard positions, and offer a base pay for CNA is $20.00 per hour, and a $1.00 shift differential for swing shift hours, and $2.00 for graveyard shift hours and weekends on top of the $20.00. Furthermore, once medcart certified, there's compensation of $1.50, on top of the base wage and any shift differentials.

Qualifications: CNA certification. Previous experience with mental health/substance abuse preferred.
Physical Demands:
Must be able to communicate both verbally and in written form, use a computer keyboard, physically perform all necessary job functions and actively travel throughout the facility.
Work Environment:
Must be able to work independently; work and communicate with other professionals in an effective and professional manner; must have appropriate time management skills and meet required deadlines; be able to work under stressful conditions.
Essential Duties:
Assures that all ABHS’ clients’ needs are met with dignity and respect and in a timely manner.
Makes decisions based on the welfare of the client, the success of the team, and the quality and integrity of the program.
Understands and facilitates federal confidentiality laws, 42 CFR, and protects client confidentiality/anonymity, and assures no information is shared without proper authorization.
Ensures compliance to contractual obligations, ABHS policies, and State statutes(WACs).
Must be able to pass pre-employment background and drug screens.
