We are seeking a highly motivated candidate to support activities for an emerging simulation and training capability for the United States Army. The candidate will support both the fielding and test and evaluation teams. Activities will include but not be limited to the development of test procedures, supporting the execution of test and evaluation events, on-site installation/setup of equipment, and assisting in the creation/conduct new equipment training materials.

Essential Job Functions:

Develops, tests, maintains and delivers training programs and related materials in support of customer products.

Establishes course content and objectives.

Conducts training sessions and develops criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of training activities.

Updates course documentation on a continuous basis to ensure timeliness and relevance.

Supports all test and training efforts at the events or in support of travel to off-site test event locations.
Required Education:
-
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent additional relevant experience preferred.

Former U.S. Army or Marine Corps Infantry, Artillery, Cavalry, Combat Engineer or Special Operations officer, warrant officer, or NCO with experience leading a team, squad, platoon or RVCT - PWS for KFS: Rapid Fielding TO1 RVCT-DOC-0081 Rev F 9 CONFIDENTIAL – Access Limited to Authorized Personnel Cole Engineering Services, Inc. Proprietary company.

Experience as a military instructor.
Required Skills and Experience:

Must be able to take initiative, communicate with team members, and identify and resolve potential issues

Translate technical objectives into user level requirements and training/Human Factor related criteria

Effective communication skills both verbal and written are required. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of tools Squad/Platoon/Company level tactical and leadership experience on required platform

Creation of and Instruction with military formatted documentation

Capable of conducting training on Military Simulation Hardware assembly, disassembly, and troubleshooting

Lifting and moving equipment weighing up to 70lbs Knowledge or expertise in any of the following military weapon systems and concepts would be considered a plus:
- M1126 Stryker
- M1151 HMMWV
- M1A2 V2 Abrams
- M2A3 Bradley
- M1278 JLTV
- Infantry / Dismounted Operations
- Aviation – Non-Rated Crew Operations Position Type
This is a Full-Time position with a 40-hour expected work week.
Extended work week (EWW) may be solicited by the buyer for support of specific local test events or in support of travel to off-site test event locations.
