Job Title: Quality Control Technician Department: Quality
Reports to: Quality Manager
Pay Range: $17-$23 (dependent on experience)
Job Summary: Quality control technicians are responsible for ensuring products meet the required quality standards before they get to the customer.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Perform inspections and audits across all stages of production
- Ensure compliance to company standards and specifications
- Develop and maintain inspection and audit reports
- Collect and record quality data
- Identify areas for quality control improvement and implement processes accordingly
- Develop and document quality standards
- Actively participate in problem-solving and continuous improvement projects
- Communicate quality and compliance concerns with urgency
- Serve as a subject matter expert
- Answer employee questions and provide education as needed
- Adhere to established safety protocols
- Other jobs as assigned

Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 5+ years related experience required
Licensure/Certifications:
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to reach, stoop, bend, carry, and manipulate various items
- Must be able to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently
- Frequently required to stand and walk
- Occasionally required to sit
Schedule:
- 2nd Shift 6pm-6am
- 12 hour shifts
- Rotating Weekends

Pay: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour
