National retail construction company is seeking an Office Assistant to be responsible for handling clerical tasks in our office. No office experience is required.
Duties include:
- Organize and maintain office common areas
- Maintain and order all office supplies, coffee supplies, vending supplies
- Maintain office equipment
- Assist with coordinating events
- Assist the reception as needed
- Perform other general office assistant duties
- Must have strong communication skills
- Ability to work well under limited supervision
- Must have a valid drivers license
Our office hours are Monday-Friday from 7am-4pm.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $750.00 - $900.00 per week
