**Job Title: Line Cook/Prep Cook**

**Duties:**
- Prepare ingredients for cooking, including washing, chopping, and measuring
- Assist in cooking and preparing various dishes according to recipes
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure timely and accurate food production
- Follow proper food handling procedures and adhere to food safety regulations
- Assist in menu planning and contribute ideas for new dishes
- Uphold high standards of quality in meal preparation
- Support in fine dining service when required
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience as a Line Cook, Prep Cook, or similar role in a restaurant setting
- Knowledge of food safety principles and practices
- Familiarity with various cooking techniques and culinary terminology
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Certification from a culinary school or relevant training is a plus
