Team member responsibilities:
- Have a passion for animals.
- Ensure that each customer receives outstanding service.
- Maintain product knowledge and keep current with new products
- Perform general housekeeping to maintain a clean, organized store
- Learn Point of Sale system, stocking, replenishing, merchandising and other tasks related to product.
- Learn Grooming system. Assist clients with booking, payments, and questions.
- Handle customer service related issues as they arise and determine resolution or escalate further.
- Complete directives as assigned, and be willing to provide honest feedback.
- Accurately complete closing duties
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $10.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
