Carnegie Hill Properties is a full-service real estate organization, owning and managing luxury residential buildings, office spaces and highly visible retail locations throughout NYC.
We are seeking a Part-Time Concierge to join our team. Candidate must be available Friday 10pm-6am (Friday night to Saturday morning), Sat 10pm-6am (Saturday night to Sunday morning, and Sun 2pm-10pm. There is an 8 hour break between 6:00 am and 2:00pm on Sundays.
· Manage day to day operations at the Front Desk
· Providing excellent customer service
· Handle tenant inquiries in professional manner
· Communicate resident concerns to the Head Concierge and Building Super
· Help to keep the Front Desk organized
· Log in and distributing packages
· Answer telephones and monitor the lobby
· Ability to work in computer systems (such as BuildingLink)
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 per week
