Starting wage for this position is $19.00 per hour.
Summary
The role maintains and coordinates the activities of workers engaged in one of the following warehouse areas:
- Shipping
- Receiving/Prep
- Returns
- Replenishment/Put Away
- Inventory
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist the supervisor in prioritizing work activites in applicable area.
- Monitor the work of subordinates to ensure accuracy and productivity quotas are achieved.
- Help train and coach new subordinates to the area.
- Maintain inventory needed to complete work in applicable warehouse area.
- Aid the supervisor in completing any routine compliance reporting as required.
- Rotate employees around daily as workload and volume dictate.
- Perform periodic checks on subordinates completed tasks to ensure accuracy.
- Assist the supervisor in performing timecard activites when applicable.
- Complete requests from the Client Success Department to answer Client questions and resolve in a timely manner.
- Perform other duties and assignments as directed by management.
- Work overtime as required.
Supervisory Responsibilities
This position does not have direct supervisory responsibility. Responsibilites include training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work as directed by the supervisor.

Minimum Experience
- Minimum 1 year as a Warehouse Associate IV and a total of 3 1/2 years full-time experience in the warehouse.
- Demonstrated proficiency in three functions of the warehouse.
