Infertility Patient Care Coordinator Job Description
Brown Fertility is the leading and fastest growing IVF center in Florida. We are currently seeking a dynamic and detail oriented individual for the position of Patient Care Coordinator in our Donor/Third Party IVF department.
Duties Include but not limited to:
· Case Management of “third party” IVF cycles
- Coordinating patient care plans by liaising with all necessary care providers to ensure patient needs are met
o Contact potential donors for pre screening
o Collect and maintain medical records for cycle clearance
o Make sure consent forms and other cycle related documents are completed and archived
o Create and maintain egg donor profiles
o Serve as point of contact for Egg Donors, Recipients, and all outside parties involved
o Monitor patient’s progress during IVF cycle and follow up on any missing items
- Work to create efficient systems and workflows within the department
· Additional tasks/projects related to the role
Skills and Qualifications:
· Minimum of 2 years working in a clinical or social work setting
· Excellent computer skills
· Familiarity with electronic medical records software preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
· High Level of customer service
· Attention to detail and independent
Education:
Minimum of High School degree required. College degree strongly preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
