Financial Services Organization is looking for an Event Coordinator to join their events team! The Events Coordinator will have the following responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Provide operational support related to the planning, logistics, and execution of firmwide events, both in person and virtual.
- Sourcing locations, writing invitations, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and attending events.
- Responsible for budgeting, managing vendors, assisting with project management, documenting processes, and more.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree is required, along with at least two years of experience in an event-planning role.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to liaise with members of multiple business units, are a plus.
Compensation: $70,000-$80,000
Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
