```Duties:```
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints
- Manage reservations and check-in/check-out processes efficiently
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of all transactions
- Utilize POS system to process payments and manage guest accounts
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and email correspondence
```Requirements:```
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic technical sales knowledge
- Upselling skills to promote additional services or upgrades to guests
- Excellent phone etiquette and ability to communicate effectively over the phone
