Responsibilities:
You will be an integral part of our sales team, playing a crucial role in driving the adoption of our pain management solutions. Your primary responsibilities will include:
1. Market Analysis:Conduct thorough market research to identify key trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities within the orthopedic pain management space.
2. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with orthopedic surgeons, pain management specialists, and other healthcare professionals. Understand their pain management needs and present tailored solutions.
3. Product Knowledge: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our orthopedic pain management products and articulate their benefits to healthcare professionals. Conduct product presentations and training sessions.
4. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets. Collaborate with the sales team to create compelling value propositions and differentiate our products in the market.
5. Customer Support: Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Serve as a reliable resource for healthcare professionals seeking information about our pain management solutions.
6. Market Expansion: Identify and explore opportunities for business expansion within the orthopedic pain management sector. Work closely with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and promotional activities.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Proven experience in medical sales, with a focus on orthopedic or pain management products.
- Strong understanding of the orthopedic pain management market and industry trends.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Experience with Hubspot and Excel is required.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
Compensation Structure:
- Competitive commission structure.
