As a Customer Service Representative, you are detailed-oriented at order entry accuracy while coordinating effective communication between the Customer, Key Account Manager and Manufacturing. You have a passion for providing responsive service to address customer concerns, answer questions, and assist them with their needs, while maintaining a strong sense for quality and continuous improvement to our customers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Process and follow up on Sales Orders
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts
Schedule, plan and manage meetings as required
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives with proper follow up to ensure resolution/customer satisfaction
Provide data and prepare reports as required Learn and use acquired knowledge of products and services to answer inquiries or to forward to appropriate department
Develop a positive and friendly working relationship with internal customers
Support the Quality Program process
Additional duties as assigned by management
