```Duties```
- Greet guests and provide excellent customer service at the front desk
- Check-in and check-out guests, ensuring accuracy of information and payment processing
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Operate phone systems, taking messages and transferring calls to appropriate departments
- Assist with reservations and room assignments
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
```Experience```
- Previous experience in hotel management or hospitality is preferred
- Familiarity with phone systems and hotel software is a plus
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong guest service orientation with the ability to anticipate needs and exceed expectations
- Multilingual skills are a bonus, as it allows for effective communication with diverse guests
- Knowledge of night audit procedures is desirable
