The Maintenance Engineer Lead is responsible for the day to day operation of all functions related to maintenance and facilities management. These responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Ensuring company/brand SOP's are being executed in a timely manner
Build/maintain relationships with vendors
Ensure compliance with ADA
Maintain proper inventory of Maintenance supplies
Work with hotel team to ensure guest satisfaction through guest interaction, response time to problems reported
Maintain and document preventative maintenance in guest rooms and public spaces
Adhere to annual budget set for the department
Finish projects as assigned in a timely manner
Daily property walks of all areas to ensure proper working order and safe conditions for associates and guests
Perform other duties requested by management
Requirements:
Two year + Maintenance experience
Working knowledge of equipment - kitchen fire protection, life safety system, HVAC units, Pool maintenance and other misc hotel equipment
Flexible availability including on call as needed
Physical requirements include but not limited to:
Standing/walking for long periods of time
Ability to lift up to 75lbs on occasion
Dexterity skills for small repair tools
Movements such as push, pull, kneel, crawl, climb

Pay: Up to $57,000.00 per year

Education:
- High school or equivalent (Required)
Experience:
- Maintenance: 2 years (Preferred)
- Supervising Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
- Facilities maintenance: 2 years (Required)
