Position Overview:
This position is responsible for writing accurate, scalable, and maintainable code, building and testing real-time embedded software, troubleshooting and debugging code, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive the development of our cutting-edge road marking solutions.

Hands-on development responsibility to build and test real-time embedded software that controls complex systems for road marking application.

Develop and maintain efficient, high-quality embedded software for real-time applications.

Design, implement, and test software for new products and enhancements to existing products.

Build, test, and deploy truck systems for customers in our internal truck designer software.

Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards.

Perform software debugging and troubleshooting to ensure the functionality and reliability of embedded systems.

Collaborate with hardware engineers, QA teams, and other stakeholders to define software requirements and ensure seamless integration.

Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

Document software designs, code, and development processes.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve software development practices.
Required Experience:
-
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or related field.

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in embedded software, embedded systems, or similar role.

Embedded software development and real-time systems.
-
C and C++ programming languages.
-
Bare-metal firmware development and embedded Linux.

Version control systems (e.g. Git or SVN).
Experience That Would Impress Us:

Understanding of microcontrollers, processors, and hardware interfaces.

Communication protocols (e.g. CAN).

Running Linux on a daily basis.

Salary Range:
$85,000 - $105,000 based on experience level.
