Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Head Chef to oversee chef team. The ideal candidate will be experienced in cooking Japanese style Yakiniku and Sushi, along with strong leadership abilities to manage chef team effectively.
Duties:
- Plan and direct food preparation (Japanese style Yakiniku & Sushi) and culinary activities
- Manage chef team and coordinate food orders
- Supervise food production and maintain high quality standards
- Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
- Oversee inventory control and ordering supplies
- Develop and implement menus, recipes, and product presentations
- Train kitchen staff on proper techniques and procedures
- Monitor customer feedback and respond to inquiries or complaints promptly
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in cooking Japanese style Yakiniku and Sushi
- Strong knowledge of Japanese cuisine (especially Yakiniku and Sushi), quality control and inventory control.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
