Key Responsibilities:
* Ma
e and update mammography
ecords with accuracy and confidentiality.
* Schedule mammography appointments, coordinating with patients and radiologists to ensure timely and efficient care.
* Follow up with patients for appointment reminders and rescheduling as needed.
* Work closely with radiology staff to manage daily workflow and patient load.
* Handle patient inquiries and provide information on preparation for mammography appointments.
* Assist in the preparation of reports and compliance documentation for regulatory standards.
* Collaborate with healthcare team members to provide exceptional patient care.
Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred.
* Previous experience in a healthcare setting, particularly in radiology or mammography scheduling, is highly desired.
* Proficiency in medical software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Strong communication skills and empathy, with an ability to interact positively with patients and staff.
* Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.87 - $26.33 per hour
