Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Duties:
- Assist in maintaining office records and schedules.
- Payroll
- Quickbooks
- Assist the estimating department with putting bids together by reaching out to vendors for pricing and filling out bid forms.
- Ensure timely invoicing and payments.
- AIA Applications for Payment
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Assist in computerizing office operations for enhanced efficiency.
Experience:
- Proven experience in an administrative role is preferred.
- Familiarity with construction office procedures is a plus.
- Proficiency in using excel and Quickbooks.
- Strong proofreading skills with attention to detail.
- Customer service experience is beneficial.
- Ability to computerize tasks for streamlined processes.
- Previous experience as an office clerk is a bonus.
