Reports to:
Client Services Manager/Facilitator Supervisor
Responsibilities: (including machines to be operated)
- Warmly greet clients
- Directing clients to the correct service location/floor
- Manage Lobby Traffic and keep the teams informed of client volume and bottlenecks
- Ensuring all entering guests meet security requirements and immediately report any security issues to the appropriate parties
- Help maintain a clean and welcoming environment
- Participate in client advocacy, updating pet status and wait time
Qualifications (including education & experience)
- Minimum of 4 years experience as greeter/doorman with high public volume/traffic
- Be a motivated self starter, able to work with minimal supervision
- Complete all necessary technical procedures, with strict adherence to department and hospital safety protocols accurately and in a timely manner
- Perform all other related duties as required.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, multi-tasking while paying close attention to details
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment, demonstrating a high level of initiative and customer service.
- Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with clients, colleagues and referring veterinarians
