Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop behavior intervention plans for individuals with developmental disabilities
- Implement behavior analytic interventions and strategies to promote skill acquisition and behavior reduction
- Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and other team members
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure effective implementation of behavior plans
- Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and make data-driven decisions
- Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of client progress and treatment plans
- Stay up-to-date with current research and best practices in the field of applied behavior analysis
Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, preferably in a clinical or educational setting
- Knowledge of special education laws, regulations, and practices
- Strong understanding of behavioral health principles and techniques
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Proficient in data collection, analysis, and reporting
- Familiarity with medical documentation, patient care, and medical records management
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and ability to maintain confidentiality
