SeaWorld - Chick-fil-A Manager
The Manager at our restaurant will work as a part of our leadership team and be responsible for managing and developing others, maintaining the highest standards of food safety and operational excellence, managing inventory and equipment, as well as creating and implementing systems of overall growth and success. The Manager will work alongside a highly motivated, creative, driven, and supportive leadership team to run efficient and productive shifts.
The Manager of (Hospitality, Mobile, Front of House & back of the House) is responsible for:

Holding each other (Directors) accountable for their roles and responsibilities
A Manager should:

Work a minimum of 50 hours per week in the restaurant
-
Allocate at least two hours per week to planning
-
Focus on systematically and effectively communicating all goals and success factors to Team Members
-
Combine critical thinking and practical leadership to create a culture of innovation

Effectively coach and give direction
-
Intentionally and methodically grow and nurture relationships with the staff

Align hiring, training, daily practices and evaluation practices with the Vision of the organization

Enthusiastically and passionately lead the team
Requirements:
-
Must be at least 18 years old
-
Three or more years of management experience in a high-volume food and beverage establishment (at Chick-fil-A is a plus)

Experience in a theme park environment preferred
-
F&B safety certifications, including ServSafe Supervisor Level highly desirable
-
Flexible, detail oriented and customer focused

Excellent organizational, multi-tasking and time-management skills

Strong communication, interpersonal and leadership abilities

Intermediate F&B and theme park knowledge

Exceptional supervisory abilities
-
High school diploma or equivalent
