Job Overview:
LCB Senior Living, LLC is seeking a dedicated and experienced Resident Director to join our team. As a leading senior housing operator and developer, we are committed to providing the finest Independent, Assisted, and Reflections Memory Care living options in communities throughout New England and the Mid-Atlantic states.
Duties:
- Promote the mission and core values of LCB Senior Living to residents, visitors, co-workers, and the community.
- Actively participate in growing community occupancy by positively engaging with potential residents, family members, and professionals.
- Assume administrative authority for directing overall management of the residence, ensuring compliance with policies, regulations, and legal requirements.
- Develop and implement quality improvement processes and environmental safety programs to maintain a secure environment.
- Manage community outreach plans and partnerships with local service resources.
- Provide necessary resources for staff to efficiently carry out their duties.
- Ensure implementation of operating and financial controls as per policy.
- Facilitate staff orientation, training, teamwork, and performance reviews.
- Oversee incident/accident reporting, state compliance, budgeting, resident grievances, staffing schedules, in-service training, and record-keeping functions.
- Provide leadership to Department Managers for successful daily operations.
