POSITION OVERVIEW
Seeking a detail oriented and highly motivated individual with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will have the ability to research and resolve inventory discrepancies.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Ensuring the accuracy of inventory records of products received and outgoing material.

Conducts cycle counts.

Identifying discrepancies preparing balance and shortage reports.

Participate with physical inventories.

Performs other related duties as requested.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Successful inventory specialists should have excellent interpersonal communication skills, a firm grasp of basic computer programs, and an ability to work both independently and in a team. Ideal candidates will have previous inventory experience.

Building material experience a must.

Travel to the Neighbor islands as needed.

At least 3 years of inventory experience

Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel

Proficient with computers

Must have a valid driver’s license

Must be able to work on weekends as needed for physical inventories.

High level of accountability, accuracy, and efficiency, especially in multitasking

Basic understanding of inventory control procedures.
-
Extremely organized and able to work with minimum supervision.
-
Ability to perform basic math calculations.
