START DATE: August 2024
Will Relocate: YES!
Type of Assignment / Schedule: Full Time 12 hours a day (Monday-Thursday) 10 hours a day (Friday), 4 hours a day (Saturday) – 62 hours. There will be Travel, Weekends
Live in or Live out: Family will pay for an apartment near the family's home, which is in a very nice residential area of Atlanta but close to everything!
Length of Assignment: Long Term
Qualifications: Minimum of 5+ years of Professional Nanny Experience as a Career Nanny in private homes; No short stints nor temporary positions will be considered. Recent infant experience is a must (within the last 3 years); a College Degree, is ideal, optimally in Early Childhood Education or an area of study relevant to the position; Be extremely flexible in scheduling and willing to travel, overnights and weekends for extra compensation; Non-smoker; Exhibit a very healthy and active lifestyle; Current CPR and First Aide Certifications; & reliable transportation.
Compensation: Excellent gross hourly rate starting at $40 an hour. This is based on the candidate's childcare experience, education & proficiency in-home childcare and household work environments. This starting compensation is equivalent to $128,000+ per year in base compensation.
Previous Nanny/Household Experience: The Family has excellent experience with their current Housekeeper, other Household Professionals/Vendors, and Former Newborn Care Specialist.
Required Language(s): Fluent in English; Spanish would be an added plus but is not a must.
Overnights: As needed, additional compensation provided
Weekends: Saturdays are required (see above)
Travel: Frequently, Through the summer months travel every weekend, the rest of the year travel is once/twice a month.

Candidate Eligibility: The candidate must be a US Citizen or eligible to work in the US; have at least three excellent professional references; have three character references; and have a clear background.

Open to a collaborative relationship with Family with a focus on meeting the needs of the child
Willing to protect the children to the absolute best of their ability
Well-educated and well-versed in toddler care. Healthy and physically active
Quick to assimilate to how the family does things
Emphasizes respect for themselves and others
Believes that Nannying is an incredible opportunity to assist in the positive growth of another human and treats that with the utmost respect and priority
Feels that being a Nanny to children is so much more than just babysitting and paycheck
Understand that being a nanny requires leadership, patience, and self-control

Professional Nanny Duties:
Light housekeeping around the children - make children's beds, tidy their areas and all high-traffic areas throughout the day as needed including kitchen and any dishes
Participate, create, and supervise activities for and with the child
Maintain the child's play area in a clean and organized manner
Grant access to home for service personnel
Run errands as needed, including the grocery store
Keep a running list of household items needed
Specific duties for Infant:
Discuss with Family all activities and skills worked on at the end of the day
Making and maintaining a list of items needed for the infant’s upkeep
Research, plan, and implement age-appropriate learning activities
Take the infant outside daily for outside time
Keep a schedule of sleeping and feeding
Cleaning and sanitizing all bottles and teething toys daily
Sanitizing large toys and all play surfaces twice weekly
