The role of the BL Manager at DNA is to provide day-to-day project-related relationship management between the Client and Agency— proactively anticipating clients' needs to drive project success and ensure they are delivered on time and on budget. The BL Manager collaborates with strategy, media, creative and product departments to communicate strategy, review concepts, and develop client presentations. They also provide support for business development efforts.
This person has excellent public speaking skills, is detail-oriented, and is able to manage multiple projects simultaneously without breaking a sweat.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Assumes the role of the key day-to-day client contact for projects
- Manages regular meetings and contact reports to ensure clients and agency are in agreement
- Researches and understands the brand, the category, and its competitors while staying on top of marketing and media trends
- Collaborates with strategy and creative departments to write strong, inspiring agency briefs based on clients’ briefs
- Works closely with producers to create estimates and schedules to ensure projects stay on track
- Responsible for managing budgets and schedules on assigned accounts and projects
- Supervises day-to-day activities of account coordinator while inspiring growth
- Acts as an internal resource for business development
- Offers a sound, strategic point of view on projects, anticipates needs, and provides proactive solutions that lead to creative wins and new
JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor of Arts or equivalent work experience
- 3 (+) years of progressive growth experience in advertising agency account management
- Possess working knowledge in each area of agency's business (Strategy, Media, Creative, Project Management, Broadcast, Print and Digital Production, Business Development and Finance)
- Ability to understand what motivates a client and internal teams and can use this understanding to drive desired outcomes
- Ability to own entire projects end-to-end with minimal oversight, and appropriately balance responsibilities with Project Management
- Demonstrate an understanding of creative strategy and use it to evaluate and defend work
- Critical thinker with the ability to identify and resolve problems independently and know when to escalate them

Compensation + Contract Timeline
Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, work experience, level of responsibility, education, location, and current salary market data to determine equitable salary placement.

Base salary range at the time of this freelance job posting: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour DOE

LOCATION
Seattle Office: DNA is working a Hybrid schedule, with required in office days are Tuesdays & Thursdays of each week for employees who live in the Seattle metro region.
