We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team and provide excellent customer service to our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and providing general support to customers. This position requires strong communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail, or social media.
- Update customer information in the customer service database.
- Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in English and Spanish languages
- Strong data entry skills
- Prior experience in customer service and outbound calling
- Ability to effectively upsell products/services
- Analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
