```Duties```
- Prepare and set up breakfast buffet for hotel guests
- Ensure food items are fresh, properly displayed, and replenished as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of breakfast area, including tables, chairs, and serving stations
- Assist guests with any special requests or dietary needs
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with management to restock supplies as necessary
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred
- Knowledge of meat cutting, culinary skills, and meal preparation techniques is a plus
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures and operating a cash register is beneficial
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette, to interact with guests and team members
- Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as required
