Developmental Pathways (DP) is seeking a Director of Program Quality in our Program Quality Department. The Director of Program Quality is responsible for quality assurance functions and contract deliverable oversight with a focus on collaboration with other departments in order to complete trends analysis, performance outcome measures, and for communicating data necessary for strategic planning and decision-making.
Our Director of Program Quality will get to:
Plan, organize, and direct the functions of the Program Quality department to ensure Federal and State contractual and regulatory compliance with an emphasis on individual choice
Develop and support the following administrative and case management functions: intake and eligibility, systems navigation, waitlist management, Medicaid and benefits support, provider relationships and billing support, critical incidents and investigations, writing proposals, ensuring quality and compliance with state and internal policies and requirements, Human Rights Committees, and day-to-day administrative operations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to deliver high-quality solutions that align with the organization's strategic goals
Oversee the development of Developmental Pathways policies and procedures as needed and ensure that state and federal regulatory guidelines are met as appropriate while ensuring excellent stewardship of local and state resources
Provide leadership and direction in the development and oversight of contracts specifically relevant to the services provided through the Developmental Pathways departments
Maintain strong relationships with outside agencies including Program Approved Service Agencies, other Case Management Agencies and Community Centered Boards, as well as state and county partners

Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in human services or related field
A minimum of five (5) years of case management experience in a human services field
A minimum of five (5) years of management, including supervisory experience
A working knowledge of Federal and State Medicaid Waiver statutes, regulations, and requirements and Medicare billing requirements
A working understanding and experience working with regulatory and legislative issues
Valid Colorado motor vehicle license and provide proof of motor vehicle insurance
Meet our driving requirements - no suspensions and no more than two (2) tickets in the past three (3) years
Upon request, qualifying need, and approval, driving requirements may be waived in lieu of reliable transportation.

Additional Responsibilities
Ongoing liaison responsibilities between departments to ensure company and departmental goals are fulfilled as they pertain to program quality functions
Direct the workflow of department to associate directors and program managers
Oversee and direct department employees in Program Quality and regulatory functions; ensure employees have the resources needed to perform their jobs; effectively oversee departmental resources, staffing, and workload distribution
Assess subordinates’ work performance, provide feedback and guidance as necessary; complete regular performance evaluations for supervised staff; ensure subordinate supervisors complete regular performance evaluations for their respective supervised staff
Adequately coach and mentor subordinates to ensure their ability to appropriately and independently solve problems; effectively supervise and delegate work to supervisees
Develop, oversee, and manage the Program Quality budget, identifies budgetary needs, solicits input from team members, and ensures employees are aware of budgetary goals and constraints
Identify fiduciary and/or budgetary problems; involve others in seeking solutions
Ability to manage multiple and various budgetary responsibilities; ensuring requirements are met in order to meet regulations for funding
Approve expenditures as needed; ensure direct reports work within allocated budget
Ensure that the department’s budget stays within allocated budgetary goals; problems solve variances with management team and supervisees
Serve as a liaison to other agency departments and outside entities in a positive manner
