The Operations Manager will help facilitate the day-to-day administration of programs within the Atlas clinic. The Operations Manager will serve as a first point of contact to welcome clients and staff to the center, and will ensure that they have what they need. They will also manage the facility, files, supplies and vendors to ensure smooth operations of the center. They will work with the clinical director to manage staff and client scheduling needs week by week. The ideal candidate will have a high attention to detail and understand that this position plays an important role in helping families obtain the high-quality services their children deserve.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate overall administrative activities for the center
- Train and support onboarding of new staff as they join the clinic
- Manage client and office files including various database and spreadsheet files
- Build relationships with new and existing families who are clients of Atlas
- Lead administrative processes of authorization, credentialing, and recruiting
- Manage scheduling and staffing for 25+ clients
- Maintain regular communications with families to adapt to individual child’s needs and adjust scheduling as needed
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed within the clinic
- Collaborate closely with the clinical director to implement new initiatives and programming within the clinic
- Organize team events and meetings to create a fun and lively work environment
- Ensure compliance with local requirements to include fire and emergency drills
- Ensure center is clean, safe, presentable, and appropriately set-up at all time
- Manage the reception area to ensure effective telephone and mail communications both internally and externally, responding to requests from families, staff and professionals
- Open and close the center daily and assist with client drop-off and pick-up

Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience in clinical/center based setting highly valued
- Additional experience in the ABA community highly valued
