We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to
take on a role as a Lead BCBA in the West Philadelphia & Delaware County area. The
successful candidate will have a small caseload (20 billable hours), and mentor newer clinicians
on things like conducting assessments and managing relationships. This is a chance to be part
of a strong collaborative team while sharing your skills with others in a more senior role.

Duties
● Oversee a small caseload of clinic-based and community-based cases (20 billable hours
per week)
● Supervise BTs, RBTs, and LBS’ pursuing BCBA certification
● Mentor newer clinicians
● Work in a clinical setting, as well as in the community

Qualifications
● BCBA or BCBA-D certification from the BACB, for at least one year
● Active Behavior Specialist license in PA
● Master’s degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis, Psychology, Social Work, Special

Education or similar field
● Experience conducting assessments, supervising therapists, and implementing behavior
support plans across settings
● Must pass all required clearances
● Proof of vaccination against COVID-19
