Job Responsibilities
- Source prospects and acquire clients utilizing National Life Group’s client engagement process
- Ability to identify and understand client needs and deliver the solutions to meet them
- Comply with all regulatory requirements, including licensing and registrations
- Meet and exceed pre-determined production goals as outlined with hiring manager
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, sales, marketing or related field, preferred not required
- Hold in good standing, resident state Life/Accident & Health License prior to hiring date
- Within 12 months, must become FINRA registered, e.g., Series 6/63, Series 7/66
- Extraordinary client presence and time management skills
- Have an aptitude and desire to develop a network within their personal and professional networks
