Responsibilities:
- Manage Scheduling of company calendar
- Manage certain daily operations of the company
- Inventory Management
- Supervise Cleaning and Maintenance Teams
- Manage work orders
- Manage client communication
Experience:
- Person needs to be coachable, independent, high integrity, ability to confidently communicate.
- Proven experience in operations management or a similar role
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficient in process improvement methodologies
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities

Currently, this is a contract position with a monthly benefits stipend of $850 plus holiday and vacation pay.
