The Opportunity:
We are currently have one full time sales position opening in Rohnert Park branch. Selected candidate will complete the initial 2 weeks orientation and training in Vallejo with pay and mileage allowance.
Job Responsibilities:
- Greet showroom clients professionally with a welcoming, helpful and understanding manner; assist clients in making product selections for kitchen and/or bath projects.
- Answer all queries involving their remodeling projects through incoming calls and emails.
- Through direct communication with clients, gather information to draft technical drawings involving kitchen cabinets and countertop.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the showroom floor.
- Build and enhance relationships though face-to-face interactions with customers; promote a vast selection of high end kitchen remodeling materials and services.
- Conduct oneself in a professional and ethical manner, exhibiting behaviors that enhance the reputation of the company.
The Ideal Candidate Should...
- Be able to gather a thorough understanding of (1) Counter-top and Cabinet Fabrication and Installation, 2) Kitchen and Bathroom Design; (3) Be able to calculate materials required for any given projects (flooring, wall tiles, etc), etc.
- Be willing to spend the time necessary to learn about products and services that The Granite Store carries and supplies to its clients.
- Be willing to work in a corpooration, idea sharing enviroiment with team members to contribute to a smooth, efficient daily opperation.
- Have a track record of consistent customer satisfaction. The knowledge to fuel this journey to fulfill your customers' dreams will be learned through our initial on-boarding training.
- Have the ability to think and learn quickly! You should be able to quickly take in new information to calculate countertop fabrication and processes.
- Must be with open communication and feel comfortable asking questions about remodeling materials, project details, etc.
- Be highly motivated and professional with excellent communication skills, confident and driven to hook those interested customers through trust and credibility.
- Have high ethics, integrity, and ability to work as part of a team to achieve a common goal: customer satisfaction
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire commission additive and raise.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $42,000.00 - $51,000.00 per year
