What Will You Do?
The Case Manager is primarily responsible for preparing a financial analysis for each case and providing it to the assigned attorney/Enrolled Agent to utilize for the client’s tax resolution case.
- Contact clients via phone, email, regular mail, and in person to request documentation or other necessary information to verify taxpayer’s income, expenses, and assets.
- Conduct financial analysis of taxpayer’s income, expenses, and assets.
- Provide updates to attorneys and enrolled agents regarding client’s resolution details.
- Contact various state taxing agencies for information and assist clients with obtaining a state tax resolution.
- Work alongside other departments to ensure a smooth process for all parties.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

- A minimum of 1 year experience preparing financial analyses for tax resolution cases.
- Positive attitude and customer service mindset with a strong work ethic.
- Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills with great follow up.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with the skill to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- The ability to accomplish/complete a task while demonstrating a thorough concern for all the areas involved, no matter how small.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a love for math, calculations, and financial analysis.
- Capacity to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Equipment, such as computer, tablet and/or phone, etc. needed to perform assigned work tasks.
- Internet - a minimum of 50 Mbps internet service with a recommended speed of 100 Mbps for optimal performance.
- Satisfactory background and reference checks.
